On Site Auto wants you to feel appreciated! Especially, when you choose us to service your vehicle, we like to give back in the form of promotions to help you save even more money!
Like our previous Diagnostic Fee promotion, the Diagnostic Fee is paid up front to diagnose the vehicle. Instead of losing the previous Diagnostic Fee promotion, and having to pay for the whole fee, we still have our customers in mind!
We call it the "Shrinking" Diagnostic Fee promotion, simply because that's what it does! Depending on the type of service, the service itself is due after we service the vehicle. Like our previous promotion, you are still required to pay the Diagnostics Fee up front. Once we diagnose the issue of your vehicle, we will give you a price for our labor, including the price for parts. Our labor price will decline based on the amount of the service. The Diagnostic Fee is waived completely if the labor ends up being over $100.
Example 1: Let's say our Diagnostic Fee is $40. If our service your car needs is a small $20 dollar labor, you would pay $20+40=$60 for the service, including the Diagnostics Fee. Part(s) would be additional charge, equal to the price of the part(s), if you would like OSA to order it/them for you.
Example 2: Let's say our Diagnostic Fee is still $40. However, the labor for the service is $70 this time. Because the service is $70 dollars, and not quite $100, we would shrink the Diagnostic Fee by $10 dollars. The reason for this, is because the shrinkage is based off of $100 service. The closer you are to $100 above $60, the less you will pay for the Diagnostic Fee. Part(s) would be additional charge, equal to the price of the part(s), if you would like OSA to order it/them for you.
Example 3: Let's stay, yet again, our Diagnostic Fee is still $40. However, the labor for the service is $100+. Let's just say the service is exactly $100. Because your labor is, or exceeds $100, your Diagnostic Fee would be waived completely. This means, because you are paying $100 in labor, the Diagnostic Fee would be waived, and you would pay the price of labor, minus the Diagnostic Fee you paid. $100-$40=$60.
We'd like to introduce our Shrinking Diagnostic Fee promotion!
